Features include a hermetically sealed locking lid prevents dangerous spills and odors. It's a removable lid (automatic lid-opening button opens the lid for added safety), with a removable filter. Also features an adjustable thermostat so you can select the proper frying temperature (302 to 374 F). Other features include a temperature ready light, On & off switch & electronic timer.
