Features: 1) The strong polycarbonate collars with flag clips rotate 360 degrees to allow flags to fly freely without getting tangled up. 2) The double harness allows you to fly two flags at once or one at half-mast. 3) Lockable collars close with a provided Allen wrench to help prevent accidental lowering of the pole when the release button is pushed. 4) The ground sleeve includes a collar that locks with an Allen wrench to help prevent theft.
